Machine features and functions:
Adopt PLC control the phase adjustment of each printing unit, operate easily.
All transmission rollers are made of high quality steel, plate with the hard chromium, surface is ground.
Driving gears are made of 40Cr high grade alloy steel and ground, the Rockwell hardness is ≥ 50 after the heat treatment.
Each unit adopt electric separating and pneumatic locking and whole locking. The alarm rings during the walking to ensure the safety of the operator. Different type of alarm sounding for start and stop the machine.
Using two hands together to press the start to button to ensure the safety of the operator.
There is dead-stop button in the front, middle and back of the machine.
There is instruction light (LED three-color instruction light) for the equipment electrifying, awaiting working and in unusual condition.
There is a dead-stop button in each unit of printing machine, the operator can stop each unit when in the middle of each unit to keep the operator safety.
Functions of vibrator and stacker Unit:
Vibrator:
This machine combined with paper feeding and vibrating part, waste collect and output part, and moving lock part
Imported PU round belt conveying the paper, while passing the two high strength vibrating bar, the high vibrating force the waste paper drop down on the bottom out putting conveyor belt. Clean cardboard go to the stacking part. There are 4 rolling wheels to realize the vibrator's opening and combining with the main machine. Operation easy. Lock part have pneumatic and locking cylinder make the connection with the main machine.
Stacker:
1) The paper can then manually adjust automatically.
2) splicing speed and feed speed is synchronization, then the paper speed can be adjusted independently
3) The stack height of 1600 mm
4) bed units lifting strength chain drive.
5) The splicing platform equipped with anti-fall device to ensure operator safety.
6) take action paper hanging pressure plates stacked in cardboard to a certain height, then lift up out of cardboard board automatically.
7) plane wrinkle belt, to prevent the cardboard down.
8) received a separate paper to adjust the belt tension arm, without the belt length limit.

We are both a factory and a trading company in this field .
2. What is the terms of payment you accept?
We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit,
pay the 70% balance before delivery, but we can also accept the L/C.
3. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there?
Our factory located in Dongguang County, Hebei Province, China., near to the
capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Beijing airport directly and we
will pick you up there.
